2019 - Family

Through painting my family in undesirable ways- much to their dislike, the work talks about relationships, both connection and disconnections, as well as ways of being within the world from a singular narrative. As they are my family and friends the work automatically becomes very personal, capturing an aspect of their personality or mood within the piece.
